This Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy (hereinafter: the "Policy") describes how Unhack Yourself B.V. ("Unhack Yourself"), based at Kleine Sparrenlaan 20, 2121 CK Bennebroek, The Netherlands, processes personal data. Unhack Yourself respects the privacy of all clients and processes all personal data in compliance with the Dutch AVG (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable laws and regulations.

3. Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is collected when individuals:
• Use or intend to use services offered by Unhack Yourself;
• Enter into mentorship or participate in training/experience programs;
• Contact us through forms, phone, or email;
• Apply for a job at Unhack Yourself.

Personal data is processed to:
• Communicate with users;
• Fulfill legal obligations and deliver services effectively.

• Intake Form;

• All other written and verbal information provided by the client.
7. Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for no longer than 10 years unless otherwise required by law. Data from job applicants is deleted within 1 month unless otherwise agreed.
8. Sub-processors
Unhack Yourself works with Greenhost (hosting). They have signed a sub-processor agreement. The website is hosted by AWS Frankfurt but stores no user data.
9. Data Storage
All data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) on secure servers managed by Greenhost.
10. Access to Data
Only authorized staff with confidentiality agreements can access personal data. Within the UY-System, two levels of access exist:
• Level 1 Admin: For coaching preparation, with user consent.
• Level 2 User: Full access to their own data.
The information shared by clients during mentoring and coaching sessions is recorded in a personal file by the mentor or coach. This information is strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties.
11. Data Subject Rights
Users have rights to:
• Access, rectify, delete, or restrict their data;
• Object to processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Lodge complaints with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
12. Changes to this Policy
Unhack Yourself may amend this Policy. Changes take effect upon publication. Last update: June, 10, 2025.
13. Cookies
Unhack Yourself does not collect personal data through cookies. For optimal website functioning, only essential technical cookies are used.
