A few months ago, I reached a point where I found myself asking: Where am I in my life? What do I want? And what am I missing?

Suddenly, I felt an urgent need to look more deeply within.

For years, I had been living in a kind of survival mode. Divorced, a single mother, working hard, raising my children, and carrying many responsibilities. But where had I been in all of this? Who was I, really? Had I somehow lost myself along the way?

To the outside world, I was always positive and everything seemed to be going well. Above all, I felt I had to be strong. But inside, I was disappointed and hurt, and I no longer really dared to feel. My warm nature stood in contrast to the distance I kept as a way of protecting myself. It didn't feel right.

That was when I met Cas.

His insights and outlook on life resonated with me. I began to recognize patterns in my life and in the decisions and choices I kept making. Like a vicious cycle, I repeatedly found myself in the same situations.

Cas showed me how to recognize these patterns, understand them more deeply, explore where they originated, and ultimately break free from them.

I decided to embark on a three-month mentorship with Cas. For someone who had only been to a psychologist once in her entire life, that was a big step. The truth is, I didn't really know what it meant to ask for help.

Cas is a deeply sincere and calm person who listens attentively, without judgement, and gives you all the space you need to move through your process at your own pace. At the same time, he challenges you to face what you have been pushing away and knows how to ask the right questions.

As a result, a kind of energy is released that you can literally feel flowing through you. Throughout the entire process, you feel supported. There was nothing I felt I couldn't discuss with Cas.

Slowly, with his guidance, the answers began to emerge from within me. Clarity returned, and with it, self-love.

Cas also helped me to stand up for myself and find the courage to choose myself. That has changed many aspects of my life for the better.

A first conversation.

I would love to take the time for an open, complimentary conversation to explore
where you are on your journey and whether Unhack Yourself is the right fi t for you.
